Have a playlist that will uplift you and relax you so that you can feel calm and relaxed.

When you feel stressed, you should also learn to exercise more. You do not have to sign up for a gym, but you can take up running once a day or take up a sport so that you can keep a healthy body. Your mind will be clearer, and you will not wander so you can keep off stress. There are so many exercises that you can also do at home in your dorm without help from trainers and other people.
Get Adequate Sleep – Useful Point to Manage Stress as a Student
When you have a good night’s rest, you will wake up fresher, and this way you can face the day with a fresher perspective on any issue. Sometimes even before a test, you need to rest well so that you are fresher when you wake up to do the test. It is important to note that sleep is therapeutic and helps a lot when you need to reduce your stress levels. If you are studying and doing anything else while you are sleep deprived, you will be less productive and might fail even in the least challenging issues.
Affirmations and Positive Thinking
Take time to breathe and practice affirmations so that you can feel better about yourself afterward. It helps to reassure yourself using positive words and phrases because you will feel more relaxed when you are done. Learn to think positively about yourself, whatever the circumstances you are faced with. Sometimes even repeating a mantra will make you feel more relaxed and stress-free.
