  • Lessons are designed to be completed over a seven day period – it may take you more or less time depending on your pace and that’s okay.
  • Each topic has a number of mindfulness exercises, reminders or assignments. We will give you clear instructions to follow for each exercise or assignment.
  • On each page there is a button named ‘Take Notes’. Use this area to record the answers to any questions we ask you about the exercises or assignments.
  • To get started simply click on the Lesson titles below to expand them. This will open the Topics for that Lesson.
  • To view/start the Topics, click on the Topic title to open them.
