Mindfulness Research Information
We know that mindfulness works. However, it has to be practiced regularly if it’s going to be truly effective. While our course is just four weeks in duration, to be of most benefit, you need to do some form of mindfulness exercise every day, ideally in the morning so that it becomes part of your daily routine. Maybe you check your smartphone regularly, so much so that it becomes a habit and you don’t even think about it anymore. Mindfulness is like that, if you do it often enough, you won’t even have to think about the fact that you are doing it. It will just happen naturally.
The best way to see the most benefits of course, is to do five minutes of meditation every day. If you forget to do your exercise one day, there is no reason why you can’t pick up where you left off the next day.
We found some very interesting research papers online that may help you to discover the benefits of mindfulness for yourself.
