Mindfulness for Teenagers

Our course is very easy to do.

Once you login, you will have a few simple meditation exercises to complete.

If you’ve heard of Headspace then our course is very similar. There are four different weeks in our course, and each week has about three exercises.

Each exercise only takes about five to ten minutes to do. It really is that simple.
